Seattle Kids Yoga classes are inclusive, child-directed, developmentally appropriate, and most importantly, FUN!
In addition to yoga, expect lots of music and creative movement, educational facts, mindfulness and stillness, and much laughter. Nicole and her team of Seattle Kids Yoga teachers are committed to upholding the traditional aspects of a yoga practice while making it accessible for children of all abilities.
