What do you get when you're a hot yoga instructor AND a preschool teacher? A Kids Yoga teacher! 

Anne Marie is passionate about education, mindfulness, and fun! She has experience working with kids of all ages and abilities. She graduated from Michigan State University with a degree in advertising, but has gravitated toward child-focused positions her entire career. Her background in behavioral therapy, teaching K-12, and yoga help cultivate an engaging and informative class. She is inspired to teach children awareness of their emotions, mind, and body. As a CODA (child of deaf adults), Anne Marie incorporates ASL into her lessons regularly as well as some Spanish and German!  Anne Marie's humor and kind spirit allow kids to participate and connect with ease.
