Summertime in the PNW can fill up quickly with plans. Family Yoga is a chance for families to slow down, stretch, breathe, and relax before getting back out to enjoy the summer days together.
Come splash in the water and build a yoga pose sandcastle in Beach Day Family Yoga! Our Family Yoga Summer Series is a chance for families to slow down, stretch, breathe, and relax before getting back out to enjoy the summer days together. Expect partner poses, mindful moments, and games, children build coordination and confidence while families connect, laugh, and unwind together in a fun, welcoming space.

Each class blends imagination and movement through themed adventures. Celebrating light and warmth in Summer Solstice, stretching and playing like curious animals in Woodland Creatures, and flowing with waves and sea life in Ocean Adventure. Through partner poses, mindful moments, and games, children build coordination and confidence while families connect, laugh, and unwind together in a fun, welcoming space.
