Yoga Club for K-5th graders with Seattle Kids Yoga is filled with movement, games, and creative poses that keep kids active, laughing, and having fun after school! Each class includes exciting yoga challenges, fun props, stretching, and interactive activities that help kids release energy while building strength, balance, and confidence. Along the way, students learn simple breathing practices, regulation techniques, and body awareness skills they can use anytime. Kids leave each class feeling strong, relaxed, and excited to come back for more!

A limited number of need-based scholarships are available. To apply for a scholarship, email a brief description of why you qualify.
This class is for K-5th students enrolled at Robert Frost Elementary in Kirkland, WA.
No yoga experience required.
Cancellation Policy: Registration is refundable, less a $25 processing fee, if you cancel 24-hours before the 1st class. Registration is non-refundable and non-transferable after the 1st class.
Missed classes: While we understand that unforeseen situations occur, we do not offer refunds or make-up classes for classes missed.
SKY reserves the right to replace or change the SKY instructor at any time.
